Methodology :
The workshop/Training programme is experiential and highly interactive so that ideas and concepts are easily grasped and transfer and retention is effective. 80% of the program is activity based.
At the end of the workshop, the participants are facilitated to prepare ‘Personal Action Plan’, to tap their enhanced energy and motivation into results
Step 4 – Post Training Support
Envision training has a firm belief that retention of learning is key to the success of the training intervention. Hence, we take the complete accountability of assessing and monitoring progress, engaging participants by Handholding , Mentoring & Coaching to make the learning map complete.
