Training Need Analysis

Step 1 : Few illustrations of Pre Training work is listed below:

  • Training Need Identification (TNI)
  • On the job observation through field visits
  • Survey Questionnaires or Assessment test or Case study — We design the survey questionnaires to exactly understand the knowledge/skill gap.
  • Mystery shopping

Step 2 – Designing the Training Programme

Post the above Pre training work, we compile all the data and prepare a highly customized program outline with multiple level inputs and discussions with stakeholders like L&D team, Business owners etc and submits the same for review. This process clearly sets the objectives to be achieved through the training programme and applicability of learning at workplace is guaranteed.

Step 3 – Delivering the Training Programme

Methodology :

The workshop/Training programme is experiential and highly interactive so that ideas and concepts are easily grasped and transfer and retention is effective. 80% of the program is activity based.

At the end of the workshop, the participants are facilitated to prepare ‘Personal Action Plan’, to tap their enhanced energy and motivation into results
